Subject to some common sense terms (see below), we will pay you $5,000 for making a connection that leads to a successful placement.

We’re truly happy to do it. While we know a lot of people in and around the industry, we don’t know everyone and we don’t always know who’s considering a move. Our Referral Program incentivizes everyone to help each other get where we’re trying to go: your referral lands a brand new job; we are paid for facilitating the placement; and you are paid for making the connection.

Referral Program Terms:

Successful Referral: If we place your referral in a new position and they stay in that position through the applicable grace period (usually up to 180 days), you will qualify for a $5,000 payment from us (detailed below).

Payment: After a successful placement, we will reach out to you for some basic paperwork so we can issue the payment and a 1099 tax form. Once we have received that from you and the applicable grace period had ended, we will pay you your referral bonus within 30 days.

More Common Sense: If you refer a candidate to us that we need to reject, we will inform you promptly in writing. We will not share any sensitive information regarding a referred candidate or law firm's hiring process with you. Receiving a referral bonus does not make you an employee of BluePoint Search, LLC. We can decide to terminate the Referral Program at any time.
