Common Questions & Program Terms
What constitutes a successful referral?
If we place your referral in a new position and they stay in that position through the applicable grace period (usually up to 180 days), you will qualify for a $10,000 payment from us.
How will I receive payment?
After a successful placement, we will reach out to you for some basic paperwork so we can issue the payment and a 1099 tax form. Once we have received that from you and the applicable grace period had ended, we will pay you your referral bonus within 30 days.
How will my information be shared?
We will not share any sensitive information regarding a referred candidate or law firm's hiring process with you.

- Receiving a referral bonus does not make you an employee of BluePoint Search, LLC.
- We can decide to terminate the Referral Program at any time.
